Abandoned building in what remains of the small town of Marlin, near Odessa in Eastern Washington, Lincoln County. Marlin was once a vibrant community of German Immigrants in the late 18th and early 19th Centuries.
Marlin—officially the Town of Krupp—is a town in Grant County, Washington, United States. The population was 48 at the 2010 census. Although legally incorporated as Krupp, the town is more commonly known as Marlin, which is the name of its post office. Elections are held there under the name of Marlin, Washington, and they are the same locale.

I consider myself to be somewhat of a generalist as a photographer. In fact, Walkabout, probably best describes my style as I wonder around the Pacific Northwest looking for ordinary but interesting everyday objects, scenes, and places of interest. I am currently located in the beautiful community of Poulsbo, located on the Kitsap Peninsula of Washington State. The area is bordered by the Olympic Peninsula and Mountains on one side and the Puget Sound and Seattle on the other side. This location provides an abundance of photographic opportunity.
