Description
Took this close-up in portrait mode of a ‘Nandina domestica’ plant which is an evergreen shrub known as ‘Heavenly Bamboo’. The red berries and bamboo like plant has a holiday feel to it and the early morning fog in the background really brings out the color of the berries.
“Nandina domestica is an elegant small evergreen shrub of upright, bamboo-like habit, the compound leaves with lanceolate leaflets, purplish when young and again in winter. Small white flowers in large panicles are followed by red berries”
