In the Pike Place Market adjacent to the Gum Wall and The Market Theater in Post Alley is a ‘ wheat paste wall’ with many layers of flyers, posters and graffiti. The effect is to create a long, colorful and constantly changing mural or Poster Wall. The Poster Wall evolved from the 1960’s.
I consider myself to be somewhat of a generalist as a photographer. In fact, Walkabout, probably best describes my style as I wonder around the Pacific Northwest looking for ordinary but interesting everyday objects, scenes, and places of interest. I am currently located in the beautiful community of Poulsbo, located on the Kitsap Peninsula of Washington State. The area is bordered by the Olympic Peninsula and Mountains on one side and the Puget Sound and Seattle on the other side. This location provides an abundance of photographic opportunity.
